Maddie’s Miracle partnered with Purbeck Valley Folk Festival
Maddie’s Miracle has partnered with the Purbeck Valley Folk Festival, which will run from Thursday, August 20, to Sunday, August 23, in Purbeck Valley, Dorset.
It is the second year the charity has partnered with the festival.
The Dorset-based charity offers specialist breastfeeding and infant feeding guidance, alongside counselling that supports maternal mental health.

Laura Smith, trustee at Maddie’s Miracle, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Purbeck Valley Folk Festival again this year.
“Our vital work in the community aligns beautifully with the festival’s values.
“We are very grateful to the festival for supporting us and helping us to be there for Dorset families.
“We invite everyone to join us, enjoy remarkable music, and support our important cause.”
The charity will once again bring its Breastfeeding Support Bus to the festival site, offering professional support and counselling for breastfeeding mothers throughout the event.
Festival-goers are encouraged to visit the bus to access resources, advice, and support in a welcoming environment.
Maddie’s Miracle will also be running a charity raffle during the festival, with prizes including two tickets to the 2027 Purbeck Valley Folk Festival.
Organisers say the raffle is a chance for attendees to support a “meaningful Dorset-focused cause” while being in with a chance to win.
Tickets for this year’s festival are still available and promise a weekend of live music, community spirit, and family-friendly activities.
Headlining the event is Scottish singer-songwriter Eddi Reader, best known for the Fairground Attraction hit Perfect.
The line-up also includes Jiggy, Baskery, Santou Susso & the Gambian Superstars, Sam Kelly & the Lost Boys, and Martha Tilston.
The family-friendly festival is known for its welcoming atmosphere and broad mix of music, workshops, and entertainment for all ages.
Organisers hope that this year’s partnership with Maddie’s Miracle will continue to highlight the importance of maternal support and wellbeing.
